AI Consultant – Pharmacovigilance & Safety Systems Implementation

About the role

Veeva is seeking an AI‑fluent Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team and help life‑science customers adopt AI within the Vault Safety solution. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding regulated drug‑safety organizations through AI strategy, validation, governance and continuous monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Advise pharmacovigilance clients on AI strategy, governance and oversight for Vault Safety workflows.
• Design validation and testing frameworks that meet CSV and GxP standards.
• Build metrics, reporting and dashboards to monitor AI agent accuracy, throughput and performance.
• Deliver workshops, lead gap analyses, solution design and customer training for AI‑driven implementations.
• Ensure overall customer success and value realization throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of strategic or implementation consulting experience with AI solutions.
• Proven experience in a highly regulated industry (life sciences, healthcare, finance, aerospace, etc.).
• Ability to quickly master complex domain knowledge, specifically pharmacovigilance regulations (GxP, FDA, EMA).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely while meeting client needs.

Required skills

• AI and machine‑learning concepts, governance and monitoring.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Vault Safety product capabilities.
• Knowledge of Oracle Argus and ARISg drug‑safety applications.
