Agile Release Train Engineer – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Agile Release Train Engineer to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work within a global team that drives digital transformation for banks, wealth managers and insurers, leveraging AI, cloud and data‑led innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Support requirements elicitation by documenting business needs and design decisions.
• Facilitate software design discussions and guide the technical team in building robust solutions.
• Participate in coding, integrate new features, and ensure system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Coordinate bug fixes, resolve production issues and propose preventive measures.
• Develop user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments is a plus.
