After Market Services Operational Support Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Operational Support Engineer for its After Market Services team in Atlanta. The role focuses on supporting aerospace and manufacturing customers by translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring the successful integration of engineered products.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements and convert them into actionable specifications.
• Participate in design meetings, create initial concepts, and develop design sketches and models using established engineering tools.
• Iterate through engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and coordinate feedback with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and validate solution specifications through simulations and testing.
• Build and improve prototypes based on test results and team feedback.
• Lead technical integration efforts, resolve interoperability issues, and ensure system functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions.
