About the role
The Advanced Analytics Market Manager will design, build, and scale tools and workflows that boost productivity for Market Development and Sales teams throughout the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) opportunity lifecycle. This role blends product pricing, commercial strategy, and financial modeling to accelerate complex deals while maintaining margin discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain analytics and tooling for account research, deal preparation, TCO and ROI modeling, and customer value narratives.
- Partner with Market Development leaders to document negotiation processes, identify high‑friction tasks, and prioritize ROI‑driving tools.
- Create workflows that compare commercial scenarios, quantify customer value, assess margin impact, and recommend creative paths to closure.
- Embed margin‑control guardrails, including approved assumptions, escalation triggers, and risk flags.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, IT, and Data teams to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and secure.
- Train users, gather feedback, monitor adoption, and measure productivity gains and cycle‑time reductions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Planning or equivalent.
- Experience building or managing AI, automation, analytics, or agent‑based solutions in a business setting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, commercial strategy, deal negotiation, pricing, TCO, ROI, and margin analysis.
- Familiarity with the North American HPM market and GPO organizations.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical tools and adoption plans.
