Adult Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) – Full‑time Days/Nights

About the role

Provide respiratory care, oxygen therapy, diagnostic testing and ventilation support to patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Deliver treatment, monitor patients, and assist with airway management as ordered by physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and wean patients from oxygen therapy and artificial ventilation.
• Draw, analyze, and report arterial blood gases and EKGs.
• Deliver intermittent therapy and assist with changing artificial airways.
• Educate patients and co‑workers on procedures and treatment plans.

Required profile

• Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• National Board certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑style applications and data‑entry software.
• Computer dexterity for retrieving and documenting clinical information.
• Knowledge of respiratory equipment, arterial blood gas analysis, and ventilator management.
