About the role

The Administrative Program Coordinator II supports graduate medical education programs at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, providing administrative, technical, and operational assistance for Internal Medicine and Women’s & Children’s departments.

Key responsibilities

Serve as liaison between departments and assist the Director with projects and daily operations.
Coordinate policy evaluation, implementation, and improve operational efficiency.
Manage expense reporting for OBGYN and Oracle expenses for residents and fellows.
Lead orientation, records management, and ensure standards are maintained.
Facilitate meetings, record outcomes, and communicate project status.

Required profile

Associate’s Degree with three years of administrative/project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong computer proficiency and experience with software applications.
Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Administration and prior GME experience.
