About the role
The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Northeastern University seeks motivated adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate chemistry courses on its Oakland, CA campus. The position focuses on delivering high‑quality instruction and supporting student success.
Key responsibilities
- Teach general, organic, physical, or analytical chemistry courses based on departmental needs.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, recitations, and hold regular office/consultation hours.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
