Ad Copy Writer and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Writer and Coordinator will partner with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to create, schedule, and optimise social media, email, and paid‑media campaigns that promote Responsive Classroom Institutes and broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars, draft captions, shoot/edit short‑form videos, and schedule posts on Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and brand mentions, providing timely customer service.
• Build, schedule and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot, manage contact lists, segmentation and automated workflows.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns, and track performance metrics.
• Publish and proofread website copy, add SEO metadata, and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Generate regular analytics reports for social, email and paid‑media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional, collaborative attitude and reliable attendance.
