About the role

Rogo is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision‑making as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

  • Own core accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll and expense management.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and produce GAAP‑compliant financial statements.
  • Develop and improve accounting processes, internal controls and financial policies for a high‑growth startup.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory partners for audits and filings.

Required profile

  • 5‑8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high‑growth or venture‑backed environment.
  • CPA or equivalent certification with strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Experience supporting audits, investor reporting or fundraising diligence.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Sage Intacct and Rillet (or similar ERP systems).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
