Accountant III – Revenue Accounting (Hybrid)

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking an Accountant III to support revenue accounting within its Global Business Services (GBS) and Finance departments. The position operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with onsite collaboration, and focuses on journal entry processing, reconciliations, and reporting for revenue and rebate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including adjustments, reclassifications, accruals, and billing processes.
• Execute reconciliations of revenue and rebate balance‑sheet accounts, sub‑ledger, and manual accounts, resolving discrepancies.
• Produce and control revenue and accounts‑receivable reports, and support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX requirements across multiple legal entities.
• Participate in process improvement projects, system migrations, and creation/maintenance of SOPs and DTPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger and accounts‑receivable accounting.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency of at least 80%.
• Ability to work independently in a shared‑service environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
