About the role

Provide finance and accounting technical knowledge and execution to the Global Business Services (GBS) and Financial Department in the General Accounting area. The role involves working with payroll accounting, fixed assets, inventory, revenue, intercompany, and banking processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain balance‑sheet accounts, prepare annual and monthly reports, and execute general ledger accounting records.
  • Perform journal entries, adjustments, reclassifications and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts.
  • Create and maintain DTPs/SOPs, support internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Participate in multiple projects such as process improvements, migrations, cross‑training, and system testing while meeting performance metrics.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • English proficiency of 80% or higher.
  • Experience with SAP and shared‑service environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
