Account Sales Executive – Staffing Solutions

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Account Sales Executive to grow its staffing business in the East Norriton area. You will work directly with strategic, high‑volume accounts and local businesses, driving revenue and market share through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with strategic and high‑volume staffing accounts.
• Expand and retain existing customers, increasing profitability.
• Create and present proposals and pricing models.
• Travel between branch locations, spending 35‑40% of time in the field.

Required profile

• 2+ years of direct sales or staffing industry experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑activity outbound sales environment.
• Proven business‑development, cold‑calling, and client‑portfolio building experience.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
