Head of North America Staffing – Remote

About the role

Kelly is seeking a visionary leader to head its North America Staffing business on a fully remote basis. Reporting to the President of Staffing & BPO, you will own the full P&L, drive revenue growth, and shape the sales strategy for a large, multi‑entity staffing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and nurture a high‑performance, people‑first culture grounded in accountability, talent development and inclusion.
• Own and continuously evolve the North America sales strategy, driving new‑logo acquisition, pricing discipline and margin expansion.
• Generate and launch innovative workforce solutions that address future‑of‑work trends.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, deepen enterprise relationships and lead high‑stakes negotiations.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional alignment across sales, delivery, operations, finance and marketing to execute enterprise priorities.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecast integrity and cost‑to‑serve reductions at scale.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with full P&L responsibility experience.
• Proven track record of scaling staffing or professional services businesses.
• Strong strategic thinking, decisive execution and ability to adapt quickly to market shifts.
• Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, high‑performance teams.
