Account Operations Specialist

About the role

This position is part of the Travel Guard team, a leading travel insurance brand within Zurich Cover-More. You will act as a key liaison between Travel Guard, agency partners, and internal teams, ensuring accurate reporting and administration of travel insurance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support accounts that sell travel insurance by ensuring accurate premium reporting.
• Communicate via phone and email with accounts to resolve reporting questions and issues.
• Ensure timely payments from accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Participate in month‑end account reconciliation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with top accounts and the internal sales team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily workload.
• Positive team player attitude.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional extra hours for month‑close.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
