Account Manager – US Market

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to help our US clients get the most out of Aikido Security’s developer‑first security platform. You will own relationships with existing customers, drive upsell opportunities and ensure they see increasing value from our product.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Execute growth initiatives aimed at expanding customer usage and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional features and services to existing customers.
• Maintain and manage customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success and product teams to gather and relay customer feedback for product optimization.

Required profile

• Medior to senior level experience in account management.
• Proven track record with CRM tools, upselling strategies, client retention and account growth.
• Highly tech‑savvy and able to understand complex security products.
• Self‑starter with a “get stuff done” mentality.
• Fluent English communication skills.
