Account Manager – Multiple Levels (Remote)

About the role

Buildout is seeking Account Managers at various seniority levels to own renewals and growth for a high‑volume portfolio of commercial real‑estate brokerage customers. You will act as the primary relationship owner, driving retention, expansion, and value delivery across the Buildout platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage renewals, license expansions, and price adjustments while maintaining a renewal calendar and engaging customers at least 60 days before contract start.
• Monitor account health using Salesforce, Planhat, and usage insights to identify churn risks early.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve issues and shape scalable playbooks.
• Represent Buildout at conferences, customer events, and networking opportunities, including occasional travel.

Required profile

• Proven ability to consistently hit revenue targets and manage a high‑volume book of business.
• Strong curiosity and empathy, treating customer challenges as problems to solve.
• Experience in B2B SaaS account management with a focus on retention and expansion.
• Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel for QBRs and industry events.
