Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day management of client accounts, overseeing project execution across print, point‑of‑sale (POS) and promotional programs. The role blends client relationship management, project coordination, supply‑chain oversight and strategic account leadership, with ownership of inventory management and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships and delivering solutions that drive growth.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sale process—from briefs and quoting to proof approvals, production, quality control and final delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets, identifying resources and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and ensure on‑time production.
• Oversee supplier relationships, address issues, control costs and ensure quality alignment with brand standards.
• Track program performance, generate reports and use data insights to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of client‑facing account management experience managing print and/or POS programs.
• Proven experience managing supplier relationships and resolving issues.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of growing accounts and margin.
• Self‑starter with strong organization, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident client‑facing presence.
• Ability to travel to client sites three times per week.
