About the role

Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive to join its Orlando branch. You will drive growth for both high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with strategic staffing accounts and local enterprises.
• Expand and retain existing customers, increasing market share and profitability.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Create and present proposals and pricing models tailored to client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a staffing agency sales role.
• Proven ability to provide consultative support and develop strategic solutions.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and business‑development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel between branch locations as needed.
