Account Executive - Physical Therapy

About the role

Hello Patient is looking for an Account Executive to launch and grow its presence in the physical therapy market. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process for Mia, an AI‑driven communication platform that streamlines patient conversations across phone, SMS and chat, helping clinics reduce administrative load and capture missed revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, pricing, negotiation and contract signing.
• Build and nurture relationships with physical therapy and orthopedic practice owners, billing leaders and executive decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute an outbound strategy to generate a pipeline of new PT accounts, leveraging referrals, conferences and existing networks.
• Translate operational and financial challenges of PT organizations into measurable business outcomes using AI automation.
• Collaborate with product, sales leadership and operations to refine the PT sales motion, share market feedback and create a repeatable playbook.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and consistently meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven “hunter” sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
• Deep understanding of the physical therapy market and existing relationships or a strong network within it.
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and operate autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment.
