Account Executive – Direct Markets

About the role

Zurich Direct Markets is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive property and casualty insurance sales within the Pennsylvania territory, focusing on large automotive dealers and supporting financial & insurance product marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities, attending automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, communicating via in‑person and virtual channels.
• Manage and grow the assigned territory to exceed sales targets and achieve profitability.
• Deliver sales presentations in person or via Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of sales experience, or completion of a Zurich‑approved apprenticeship with an Associate Degree.
• Ability to obtain required insurance sales licenses.
• Preferred: 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience and familiarity with insurance regulations.
