Account Development Specialist – San Francisco

About the role

The Aspect Account Development Specialist drives revenue and market share for the Aspect Fine Wine portfolio across on‑premise locations in San Francisco’s Financial District and Marina. You will act as the primary sales lead, building strong relationships with key account stakeholders and executing brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a targeted account base, spending 80% of time in‑market to increase share and velocity of assigned wine brands.
• Present new products, conduct monthly business reviews, and plan high‑end consumer activations.
• Collaborate with trade development, sales management, and on‑premise/retail teams to launch new brands and drive market insights.
• Develop and deliver training modules, establish merchandising objectives, and maintain confidential customer information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or category‑specific experience, preferably in fine wine or F&B.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Fine Wine accreditation (WSET Level 2 or equivalent) in process or completed.

What we offer

• Base salary $76,800 – $104,100 per year, plus eligibility for a performance bonus.
