Account Coordinator – Experiential Marketing

About the role

The Account Coordinator will assist the Account team in delivering seamless experiential marketing projects for Gradient’s clients. Working closely with Account Managers and internal Strategy, Creative and Production teams, you will help translate client briefs into well‑executed brand experiences. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in day‑to‑day client relationship management and project tracking.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, status reports and other client‑facing materials.
• Take detailed meeting notes, distribute recaps and track action items.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, approvals and deliverables from brief through execution and wrap‑up.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring feedback is captured and acted upon.
• Identify potential scheduling or delivery issues and flag them proactively.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a creative, fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation such as timelines, trackers and presentations.
