Access Navigator – Infusion Clinic (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Access Navigator provides high‑end access navigation and referral management for the Infusion Clinic Baptist. The role combines direct patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and coordination of referrals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform direct outreach to targeted patients, schedule appointments, and partner with internal departments to manage access.
• Manage and coordinate referrals via online work queues and phone tools.
• Provide access navigation support to patients and providers using web tools and electronic systems.
• Develop and maintain organized record‑keeping systems to facilitate information flow.
• Collaborate with clinical departments and the Regional Referral Center to meet patient needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or a related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation style.
• Strong interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and exercise sound judgment in escalated situations.

Required skills
