About the role
The Access Coordinator III supports the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences by managing access requests for the CVSL, IMSL, and PCC programs. This position ensures that staff, students, and faculty receive timely and accurate system access while maintaining compliance with university policies.
Key responsibilities
- Process and approve access requests for CVSL, IMSL, and PCC applications.
- Coordinate with IT and departmental leaders to resolve access issues.
- Maintain accurate records of access permissions and audit trails.
- Provide user support and training on access procedures and related systems.
- Monitor compliance with security and privacy regulations.
Required profile
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse university stakeholders.
- Ability to work varied shifts as needed.
