A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist

About the role

Join the Airbus family as an A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist, supporting C‑check activities for A220 aircraft. You will act as a project manager, coordinating multi‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and successful completion of heavy maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, lead, and steer internal MFT and customer meetings.
• Maintain the C‑check file, ensuring all relevant information is up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Communicate with external and internal stakeholders, providing status updates and reporting.
• Verify that all functions have completed required checklists and analyses.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage material order activity.
• Own the C‑check project and its order lines, overseeing the Heavy Maintenance Manager C‑check checklist.
• Open and manage technical support cases with Airbus Canada, clarifying technical queries using documentation and engineering resources.

Required profile

• Experience managing aircraft maintenance projects, preferably C‑check or heavy‑maintenance programs.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and lead customer meetings.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
