Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the company’s curriculum and educational philosophy.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support a collaborative learning environment.
• Utilize differentiated instruction and multiple learning modalities to meet the varied needs of each student.
• Assess student progress regularly through diagnostic tools, maintain accurate records, and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate classroom activities, including field trips, and prepare students for state‑required assessments.
• Refer students with learning challenges to appropriate support personnel and contribute to curriculum revision efforts.
