About the role
This 10‑week summer internship provides hands‑on exposure to TIAA’s Internal Audit function and a broad range of business divisions, including actuarial services, asset management, risk and compliance, and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Support high‑impact business initiatives by contributing to projects that influence client outcomes and business decisions.
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel analytical materials for strategic research and reporting.
- Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams.
- Conduct independent research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to support business objectives.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree‑seeking program with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a cohort‑based environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
