About the role
Join Mad City Windows, part of Renuity, as a 1099 Window Installer. You will install home remodeling products following company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Install windows and other remodeling products according to Mad City standards.
- Apply finish work as needed for each application.
- Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
- Established LLC or business with workers' comp and liability insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Required skills
- Remodeling and carpentry expertise.
- Understanding of residential window installation procedures.
