Warehouse Team Lead (2nd Shift)

About the role

As a Warehouse Team Lead on the 2nd shift at Bosch Power Tools, you will act as the primary link between associates and management, driving engagement, safety, and continuous improvement across inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) checks for assigned work and coach hourly associates during the shift.
• Track process deviations and KPI results; update Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) boards daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Use KPI data, reaction limits, and eLPC findings to resolve issues and improve work using Quality and Bosch Production System (BPS) problem‑solving tools.
• Audit 5S activities to keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance; promptly escalate any variances.
• Lead daily operations in the supervisor’s absence, maintain workflow, and act as a proxy in next‑tier meetings.
• Support the Q‑Matrix by checking and updating training records and printing documentation as needed.
