About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to join its cleaning/concierge team. This full‑time permanent role works varying day and night shifts, including weekends, and offers an hourly wage of $18.30.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task‑oriented cleaning environment within a warehouse setting.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, responding efficiently to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the supervisor’s task flow diagram and cleaning process guidelines.
• Manage shift schedules, handle call support, and ensure daily operational timelines are met.
• Give feedback on ongoing activities and report escalations promptly to KBS management.

Required profile

• Preferred experience in cleaning operations and distribution‑center environments.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to comply with OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift operating instructions.
• Positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
• Capability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and chemical‑handling documents (typically in English).
• Successful completion of KBS background check and drug test.
