Warehouse Operator – 2nd Shift (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm)

About the role

The Warehouse Operator works the 2nd shift (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday) in a Philips facility in Reedsville, PA. The position focuses on moving small parts, large plastic components and pallets safely and accurately while supporting patient‑safety‑critical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute safe, compliant movement of small parts and large plastic components, including picking, packing, labeling and transporting per export/import requirements.
• Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real‑time to maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, scanners, printers and IT terminals.
• Collect and share inventory data for high‑demand items to support replenishment and forecasting.
• Assist experienced operators, report mechanical or packing issues, and contribute to continuous safety and process improvements.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; warehouse or distribution‑center experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma, vocational certificate or GED.
• Positive, respectful attitude with strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and 10‑hour shifts.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for transaction entry.
• Operation of scanners, printers and IT terminals.
• Handling of conveyors and trolleys.
