Material Handler – Night Shift (3rd Shift)

About the role

As a Material Handler on the 3rd shift, you will move small parts, large plastic components and pallets throughout the Philips facility in Reedsville, PA. The role focuses on maintaining high quality, patient safety and accurate inventory while working the 10:30 pm‑6:30 am schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label and transport materials according to customer, export and import requirements while updating the Warehouse Management System for real‑time inventory accuracy.
• Operate and support material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, scanners and printers, following safety protocols and reporting issues to maintenance.
• Collect and share inventory data for high‑demand items, assist with new picking procedures and contribute to continuous safety and process improvements.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma, vocational certificate or GED.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and 10‑hour shifts.
• Positive, safety‑conscious attitude and ability to work well with others.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for transaction entry.
• Barcode scanner and printer operation.
