Inventory Controller

About the role

The Inventory Controller gathers necessary information, generates purchase orders and supports the expedited processing of urgent orders. The role addresses routine discrepancies between purchase orders and received goods, maintains inventory integrity and supplier relationships, and makes adjustments to stock levels by consolidating orders to optimize procurement efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy.
• Support fast‑track processing of urgent orders to keep production flowing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and received goods.
• Maintain inventory integrity and strong supplier relationships.
• Consolidate orders and adjust stock levels to improve procurement efficiency.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or vocational education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production plant or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements.

• ERP system experience (e.g., SAP)
