Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor – Second Shift

About the role

The Facility Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of hourly associates on the second shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality inbound and outbound operations while meeting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure equipment readiness.
• Supervise picking, packing, returns, and secondary production functions on the warehouse floor.
• Drive safety culture, enforce SOPs, cGMPs, and complete required safety training.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, RF replenishment, and proper documentation of shipments.
• Generate daily performance reports, analyze root causes, and implement continuous‑improvement actions.
• Allocate staffing, assign work, and make on‑the‑fly operational decisions to meet OGSM targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business is a plus.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Military experience may substitute for formal education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience using SAP and other warehouse management platforms (WMS, ERP).
• Knowledge of material‑handling equipment and RF replenishment techniques.
• Familiarity with cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and DOT regulations.
