Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in a full-time, permanent role. The team is responsible for handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring they are collected, replaced and kept clean across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes or trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and load filled corrugated cardboard gondolas onto compactors or balers in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Maintain clean and debris-free aisles by sweeping, dusting and removing trash around gondola stations.
• Keep the baler/compactor area organized and follow any additional cleaning tasks as required.
• Walk throughout the facility frequently and stand for up to 10-12 hours per shift.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push, pull and move items up to 75 lb with a manual pallet jack and up to 50 lb manually.
• Physical stamina to bend, stretch, reach above head level and remain on feet for long periods.
• Read and interpret basic safety and work instructions.

Required skills

• Manual pallet jack operation.
