Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to work as Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers. This permanent, full‑time position involves handling cardboard gondolas, keeping work areas clean, and supporting the efficient flow of materials across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes or trash containers) and replace them with empty gondolas in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Maintain clear, debris‑free zones around all gondolas and traffic pathways.
• Sweep, mop, and remove dust around trash container areas to ensure safe transit routes.
• Keep “Green Mile” walkways and drill/packer/compactor zones orderly and free of obstacles.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret work documents and safety instructions.
