Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join its permanent, full‑time team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes/containers) and replace them with empty gondolas in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto balers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep areas around all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust; mop and sweep transit pathways.
• Maintain clear “Green Mile” walkways to guarantee safety for all personnel.
• Organise and sort baler/compactor zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Endurance to stand and walk for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret basic workplace documents and safety standards.
