About the role
ClickView is seeking a VP of Sales to lead its growth across the United States. This senior, hands‑on position combines strategic leadership with direct execution, driving revenue while building and coaching a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and achieve individual and team revenue targets across the full sales cycle.
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute a focused US growth strategy.
- Build, coach, and lead a high‑performing sales team, setting clear activity and pipeline expectations.
- Drive pipeline generation through direct selling, strategic outbound, and market engagement in priority districts and states.
- Establish operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection while championing CRM discipline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing to turn lead generation into qualified pipeline and shape campaigns based on market feedback.
- Align closely with Customer Success to ensure retention, expansion, and seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leader with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Experience building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
- Hands‑on approach to selling and pipeline management.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capability.
- Willingness to travel for in‑person meetings and market engagement.
