Senior Consultant – Executive Execution Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to work directly with CEOs and leadership teams, helping them execute strategy through our MAP Management System. This role is designed for former operators—CEOs, Presidents, Owners, or senior executives—who want to apply their experience without running a company full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly executive team (VFT) meetings to drive discipline, accountability and clarity.
• Coach CEOs and leadership teams on execution and performance improvement.
• Partner with MAP’s Sales & Marketing team to build and manage your own client pipeline.
• Collaborate with MAP on delivery, client success and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Former CEO, President, Owner or senior operator with a proven track record of leading teams and owning P&L.
• Credible with senior executives and comfortable influencing at the C‑suite level.
• Highly motivated to generate referrals, leverage personal networks and stay active in the market.
• Looking for a final, impactful step in a professional career.

Required skills

• Experience facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
• Strong coaching and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to build and manage a consulting business.
