Senior Manager, Retail Commerce

About the role

The Senior Manager, Retail Commerce leads the retail program across franchise and company‑owned studios, e‑commerce, and wholesale channels. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and Digital, this senior leader drives operational excellence, profitability, and the omnichannel experience for a women’s wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document data‑backed retail planograms and visual merchandising playbooks for all studio types.
• Design and execute inventory and margin strategies, including full‑price and markdown plans across studio, e‑commerce, and wholesale channels.
• Oversee the retail supply chain, managing vendor relationships, logistics, warehousing, and inventory transfers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate, optimized, and timely order fulfillment.
• Produce monthly financial reports with analysis of sales, margins, sell‑through, and inventory health.
• Maintain forecasting, budgeting, and inventory accuracy in partnership with accounting.
• Own day‑to‑day digital operations on Shopify, including product uploads, high‑resolution imagery, SKU setup, and meta‑data management.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to write SEO‑optimized product descriptions and meta‑tags.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in retail operations, supply chain, and e‑commerce management.
• Proven ability to create and implement data‑driven operational playbooks.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial reporting and margin optimization.
• Hands‑on experience managing digital merchandising platforms and SEO initiatives.
