About the role

THE/STUDIO is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Concept Specialist with a focus on AI and emerging trends. In this fully remote, independent‑contractor position you will inspire customers to continuously create new products, expanding their brand presence through curated visual concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant products, ideas, and trends for individual customers based on brand identity, industry, and purchase history.
• Curate and maintain an internal inspiration library and mood‑board collections.
• Translate raw creative ideas into clear, visually compelling recommendations that drive customer action.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility of suggested concepts.
• Spot key engagement moments and propose commercially viable next‑step product ideas.

Required profile

• Junior to early‑career professional with 1–3 years of experience or high‑potential talent.
• Fashion design background strongly preferred.
• Strong visual sense and ability to understand customer brand narratives.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
