Visual Merchandising & Concept Specialist – AI & Trends

About the role

THE/STUDIO is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Concept Specialist with a focus on AI and emerging trends. In this fully remote, full‑time contractor position you will inspire customers to keep creating new products by turning ideas into compelling visual recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant products, trends, and creative directions for individual customers based on brand identity, industry, and purchase history.
• Curate moodboards, visual style references, and product concepts that align with customer goals.
• Maintain and expand an internal inspiration library to support continuous idea generation.
• Translate raw creative ideas into clear, commercially viable visual proposals that drive customer action.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility of recommended concepts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience or high‑potential talent with strong drive.
• Fashion design background strongly preferred.
• Excellent visual sense and ability to understand customer brand narratives.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
