Vice President Transaction Manager – SCIB Lending

About the role

The SCIB Transaction Manager – SCIB Lending (including Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance) is a Vice President individual contributor role within US SCIB COO Lending Solutions. The role supports end‑to‑end execution of lending transactions from pre‑approval through closing, booking, funding, settlement and lifecycle handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, syndicated, bilateral, club, participant and amendment transactions from post‑approval through close.
• Validate approvals, KYC/AML evidence, documentation, onboarding, collateral, pricing and operational setup; prepare booking instruction packages.
• Manage amendments, waivers, assignments, repricings, extensions and other lifecycle events in partnership with relevant teams.
• Contribute to procedures, checklists, status reporting, process maps, quality control routines and training materials for the Transaction Management team.
• Maintain accurate execution records, issue logs, exception tracking and support audit, regulatory and internal control requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7‑10 years of experience in CIB lending execution, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance or related loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending execution, credit documentation, KYC/AML and booking processes.
• Completion of a bank‑certified Credit Training course (required).

Required skills

• Loan IQ or comparable loan‑management platform experience.
• Corporate lending execution knowledge, including credit agreements, collateral and covenant management.

• Base salary range $140,000 – $185,000 per year.
