About the role

The Vice President of Product at Revecore will shape and execute the product vision that helps hospitals recover revenue. This senior executive role partners with operations, technology, and client success leaders to deliver high‑impact product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a unified product strategy that aligns with the company mission and market needs.
• Own the product roadmap across all solution lines, prioritizing work to maximize customer and business value.
• Lead the Product Management organization, fostering a culture of critical thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, and customer‑centricity.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and client success teams to ensure timely, high‑quality product delivery.
• Establish best‑practice product management processes and continuously improve them.
• Drive product outcomes, balancing short‑term revenue goals with long‑term strategic investments.

Required profile

• 7+ years in senior product leadership (SVP, Head of Product, or CPO) within high‑growth, technology‑focused environments.
• Proven experience in revenue‑cycle product management for hospitals, including financial controls and analytics.
• Track record of building and scaling product roadmaps and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills, able to present complex strategies to senior and board‑level audiences.
