About the role
Driscoll’s is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A to lead the company’s long‑term strategic agenda and drive inorganic growth. This senior leader will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team, shaping strategy, overseeing the full M&A lifecycle, and ensuring successful post‑deal integration.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop, test, and evolve the long‑term strategic plan.
- Own enterprise strategy, lead annual strategy reviews, white‑space analysis, and translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Provide deep financial insights and decision support for business development, mergers, acquisitions, and global expansion opportunities.
- Manage the end‑to‑end M&A process: opportunity identification, strategic fit assessment, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration.
- Build and maintain an acquisition pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional due‑diligence teams and coordinate post‑close integration to realize value.
- Develop and grow a high‑performing strategy and M&A team.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven ability to operate at the executive level and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical rigor, strategic problem‑solving, and financial acumen.
- Leadership experience building and managing high‑performing teams.
