Vice President, Commercial Operations

About the role

Omada Health is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations to own and scale the operating system that powers its B2B2C go‑to‑market engine. This senior leader will drive predictability and performance across the commercial organization while shaping multi‑year strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the end‑to‑end commercial operating system (planning, pipeline, forecasting, compensation, tooling, governance).
• Lead, coach and inspire a high‑performing Commercial Operations team, establishing clear charters, metrics and rhythms.
• Integrate Revenue Operations, Commercial Effectiveness and Enrollment Forecasting into a cohesive organization.
• Deliver accurate sales and enrollment forecasts linked to financial planning and supply chain.
• Define and execute an AI strategy to enhance pipeline insights, rep productivity and GTM decision‑making, with governance for data quality and model usage.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading complex commercial operations in a high‑growth, public‑company environment.
• Strong strategic and operational mindset with ability to solve cross‑functional problems across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.
• Experience scaling B2B and B2B2C commercial engines.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership skills, capable of building and motivating high‑performing teams.
