Vendedor de Farmacias – Ventas Institucionales

About the role

The Pharmacy Sales Representative will manage and develop institutional sales across public and private sectors, leading bidding processes, minor purchases and collections to meet commercial targets while ensuring administrative compliance and adherence to current regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection goals with private institutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional clients.
• Coordinate and execute quotation, minor purchase and tender processes.
• Prepare and present technical and economic proposals according to client requirements.
• Manage documentation on tender and contracting platforms.
• Report progress and results to the commercial management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and public procurement regulations.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and collections.
• Hands‑on experience with public entity bidding processes (mandatory).
• Familiarity with platforms such as SICOES and minor purchase procedures.
• Preferred experience managing institutional portfolios and commercial agreements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Use of the SICOES platform for tender management.
• Understanding of public procurement regulations.
• Ability to produce market analysis reports.
