Account Manager – SMB Dine-In (TikTok Local Services)

About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join TikTok's Local Services team and drive growth for dine‑in partners. You will work closely with merchants, internal product teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to expand TikTok’s service offerings in the food and restaurant space.
Key responsibilities
- Support business development by identifying and reaching out to potential merchants in the food/dine‑in industry.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts.
- Execute short‑video and LIVE‑based marketing campaigns to boost merchant performance.
- Coordinate with content, operations and product teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Analyze basic performance metrics such as traffic, conversion and GMV, and help optimise campaigns.
- Assist with merchant onboarding, training and adoption of TikTok Local Services products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, operations or marketing.
- Strong interest in the food/dine‑in, e‑commerce or local services industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proactive, quick learner and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
