Value Stream Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a Value Stream Manager for its Hydraulic Assembly & Test department in East Aurora, NY. You will lead the end‑to‑end operations of the value stream, driving performance, safety, quality and delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations leaders and technicians, providing direction and coaching.
• Own the Value Stream Improvement Plan and ensure execution of improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and improve operational metrics such as safety, quality, delivery, inventory and financial performance.
• Implement standard work, visual management systems and regular team meetings to increase transparency.
• Provide customer support and resolve technical issues by engaging appropriate resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 2 years managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading change in ambiguous environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external customers.
