About the role
Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled UKG Principal Consultant to lead complex HR technology implementations. This mostly remote position involves occasional on‑site visits to Chicago, Illinois.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagement teams, manage project budgets, and deliver high‑quality services on time.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management and provide mentorship to team members.
- Stay current with UKG Pro & Pro WFM technical knowledge, integrations, and industry trends.
Required profile
- 10+ years consulting experience with 7‑10 years in UKG Pro or Pro WFM implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree and UKG certifications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, etc.).
- Strong leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship mindset.
